VA-Market collects business inquiry and applicant information to evaluate staffing needs, review candidate qualifications, and manage the recruitment process.

We use this information only for relevant business and recruitment operations and do not publicly display personal applicant information by default.

Applicants may be asked to upload resumes or portfolio links as part of their application. Uploaded resumes are stored outside the public website and are retrievable only through an authenticated administrator session. They are not published, indexed, or linked from any public page.

Applicant profiles are not publicly accessible. We do not display applicant names, contact details, resumes, or expected compensation to clients or site visitors without the applicant's explicit consent.

We may use email and communication tools to confirm applications, send updates, and support recruitment follow-up.

Contact information and sensitive data are kept restricted to authorized staff and used only for legitimate business and hiring purposes.
